So I would first like to say that this is my first blog ever, yet I have read many. I am an elementary education major with a concentration in Children's Literature. I would prefer to teach 2nd grade, but I will not be picky when it comes to getting a job, I'll except whatever I will get hired for. I love kids, and try as much as I can to work with them. In the past I have tutored, taugh Sunday school, and worked at Double H Ranch which is a camp for children critical illnesses.
Besides having a love for children, I also have a love for music. I enjoy going to concerts and feel that once I am a teacher I will use the arts in many ways in my classroom.
